Let it Ride’s object is simple. You want a hand containing a pair of tens or better. Your hand is comprised of five cards total: Three cards are given to you by the dealer, and the remaining two are the dealer's community cards. These community cards will be used by everyone at the table.
The game begins when each player makes three identical bets. After betting, you're given three cards from the dealer. The community cards remain face-down on the table. After looking at your cards, you have two choices:
● Ask to take your first bet back, or
● “Let it Ride,” where the dealer will reveal one of his community cards. After seeing the one community card, you can choose to ask for your bet back or “Let it Ride” again. If you choose the latter, the dealer will turn his second community card face-up, revealing them both.
When both community cards are placed face-up, players reveal their three-card hand. Winning hands of ten or better are paid out by the dealer.
Bonus Let it Ride is fun because the game is as easy to learn as regular Let it Ride, but the stakes are higher, making the winnings all the more generous. For example, whereas the traditional payout schedule for Let it Ride is 500-to-1 for a Royal Flush, the payout for Bonus Let it Ride is 10,000-to-1. With the ante upped, players have the opportunity to win big each hand.
