Top 5 Keith Sweat Songs

  • Date: November 16, 2017

Keith Sweat is coming to Spirit Mountain Casino to ring in the new year on January 13th. We’re huge fans of Sweat here at the casino, so we’ve compiled our ultimate Keith Sweat top 5 songs. From 5 to 1, here’s what songs we think are his best:

“Twisted”

The first song from his self-titled 1996 release, “Twisted” hit number one on the Rhythmic Top 40 and stayed there for almost 4 months. In 2012, VH1 ranked “Twisted” at number 35 on their 40 Greatest R&B Songs of the 90’s. It’s a catchy tune and start the album off right.

“Get Up on It”

“Get Up on It” is the title track to Keith Sweat’s fourth studio album. Featuring the American R&B trio, Kut Klose, “Get Up on It” with the help of “How Do You Like It” and “When I Give My Love” made the album a certifiable hit for Keith Sweat.

“I’ll Give All My Love to You”

A number one R&B single, “I’ll Give All My Love to You” is the second single from Sweat’s album of the same name and released in 1990. The story of the song follows and man as he expresses his undying care a devotion to the woman he loves.

“Nobody”

Released in 1996, this single features Athena Cage and rode the US R&B chart for three weeks and reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100. This song really gets our blood boiling and our feet tapping. Check out the music video below!

“I Want Her”

The oldest song on our list, but it’s our favorite. Released at the tail-end of 1987, “I Want Her” was the first single on Sweat’s debut album, Make It Last Forever. For a debut, “I Want Her” reached number 5 on the Billbaord Hot 100. For a debut release, that’s quite impressive.

Get your tickets for Keith Sweat before they sell out completely. Believe us, they’re going fast. We’ll see you at the Main Event Center in 2018!
