At Spirit Mountain Casino, we have serious admiration for the poker greats. Next time you head to the table, draw inspiration from these global players:
Daniel Negreanu
With more than $32,600,000 in prize money under his belt, Negreanu stands out as the biggest earner in the poker industry. Recognized by the Global Poker Index as the best poker player of the decade, he holds two World Poker Tour championships and six WSOP bracelets. This Poker Hall of Fame inductee holds a lot of “firsts” in the industry: He is the only player to have earned WSOP Player of the Year twice and is the first player to make it to the final table (and win!) at WSOP’s three bracelet-awarding locations.
Antonio Esfandiar
“The magician” brings serious talent and elaborate chip tricks to the table and has earned more than $27,300,000 to date. He’s been a six-figure earner since 2004, holds two World Poker Tour titles and three WSOP bracelets. In 2012, he became a fan favorite when he won the "Big One for One Drop" in 2012, where he earned the biggest cash prize in poker history.
Erik Seidel
With more than $25,390,000 in winnings to his name, Seidel is another poker mastermind whose career has its roots in the pre-internet poker era. At the 1988 World Series of Poker Main Event, he earned fame for a knockout hand that was recreated in the film Rounders. Today, this Poker Hall of Fame inductee holds eight WSOP bracelets and a World Poker Tour title.
