SPIRIT MOUNTAIN CASINO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED AND PLANS TO REOPEN APRIL 9, 2020, LEARN MORE HERE ABOUT IMPORTANT UPDATES.
When Jay Leno asked Don Rickles whether he fears toeing the line with his comedy, he responded: “You know, every night when I go out on stage, there's always one nagging fear in the back of my mind. I'm always afraid that somewhere out there, there is one person in the audience that I'm not going to offend!”
The father of “insult comedy” is coming to Spirit Mountain Casino on Saturday, November 14th, and we’re ready for his sharp comedy routine. For more than 60 years, Rickles has been treating audiences to off-the-cuff, snarky shows, and he’s insulted (in good fun, of course) everyone from Frank Sinatra to Robert DeNiro to Betty White. Will you be next in his line of fire?
As a fledgling stand-up comedian in the mid-forties, Rickles became famous for his biting response to hecklers in his audience, whom he nicknamed his “hockey pucks.” Today, his “hockey pucks” take on a different form: He has a global fan community spanning generations.
Rickles’ one-of-a-kind routine has brought him far and wide across the entertainment industry. Highlights include:
● Regular appearances on late night shows with David Letterman and Johnny Carson
● A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
● A TV Land Legendary Award
● Appearances dozens of movies from Toy Story to Casino
● Routines at White House dinners
Make sure to mark your calendar for Tuesday, September 1st, when tickets go on sale, starting at $45. We’ll see all you hockey pucks on November 14th for an evening with “Mr. Warmth!”
