ON-PROPERTY SERVICES

Bookings, visits, and other interaction – We collect personal information when you make online or offline (e.g. via phone) bookings for our Hotel, RV Park, or entertainment venues, and in the course of any stay or visit to our facility when ID or personal information is required accordingly. Personal information is collected when using check cashing services at cashier cages and kiosks, as well as when using debit or credit cards in various retail outlets. We may also use surveillance and other security measures that may capture and record images/video of guests in public, including sound as permitted by law.

Wagering - Personal information may be collected when wagering at the Sportsbook, Table Games, Keno, Slot Machines and promotional wagering events. If you download or use the Sportsbook mobile application, we may collect and use information regarding your mobile device and location (if you activate / allow this functionality).
