Service Animals & Pets Policy

Spirit Mountain Casino Welcomes Service Animals

Spirit Mountain Casino recognizes the important role that service animals play in ensuring the independence of persons with disabilities. Therefore, Spirit Mountain Casino welcomes service dogs for those guests who require them. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to perform work or tasks for individuals with disabilities.

For the safety of all our guests, service dogs must be controlled and be housebroken.

In the event a service animal is out of control or destructive, and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or the animal is not housebroken, security may ask the guest to remove the animal from the premises.

All service dogs staying overnight with a guest at the Hotel must be registered at check-in.

Service dogs are to accompany the guest during their stay and may not be left unattended in the Hotel.

Damage to any Hotel room is subject to repair and/or replacement charges as normally applied.

Pets are not allowed in Hotel rooms or on casino property; additional charges may be applied at the Hotel for violation of our no-pet policy.
