Service Animals

Spirit Mountain Casino Welcomes Service Animals

Spirit Mountain Casino recognizes the important role that service animals play to ensure the independence of persons with disabilities. Therefore, Spirit Mountain Casino welcomes service dogs for those guests who require them. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to perform work or tasks for individuals with disabilites.

For the safety of all our guests, service dogs must be controlled and be housebroken.

In the event a service animal is out of control or destructive, and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or the animal is not housebroken, security may ask the guest to remove the animal from the premises.

All service dogs staying overnight with a guest at the Lodge must be registered at check-in.

Service dogs are to accompany the guest during their stay and may not be left unattended in the Lodge.

Damage to any Lodge room is subject to repair and/or replacement charges as normally applied.

Pets are not allowed in Lodge rooms or on casino property; additional charges may be applied at the Lodge for violation of our no pet policy.
